Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant supporting enterprise SaaS or digital transformation.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Golang, and SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs, Bash, and terminal-based workflows.
- Experience with large datasets management, processing, and analysis using AI tools.
- Experience with distributed systems, middleware, and integration toolsets.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems and enterprise networking and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud.
- Strong technical documentation and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and self-organization skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites ~25–40%.
- Must hold a valid US driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned accounts from discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
- Design and implement technical solutions integrating manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and QMS to Oden’s cloud endpoints.
- Collaborate with Data Science to configure and deploy AI and ML models and detectors.
- Develop, maintain, and improve connector libraries to interface with common industrial and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across networking, data pipelines, and system configurations both remotely and on-site.
- Translate field observations and product gaps into actionable feedback for the Product and Engineering teams.
