Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience working with Federal Government budgets and spend plans.
- In-depth knowledge of government financial processes such as Budget Formulation, Spend Plans, and Budget Execution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX designers to design and enhance budgeting and planning functionality including dashboards, input forms, and workflows.
- Provide subject matter expertise on federal government processes to technical team members.
- Develop clear functional specifications using mockups and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct business process analysis of customer financial management practices to identify product enhancements.
- Participate in customer-facing meetings and assist with product demonstrations.
- Contribute to the development of proposal content, including RFI and RFP responses.
- Perform billable client work including requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain product documentation including administrative guides and end-user manuals.
- Assist in quality assurance efforts by contributing to test plans and executing test cases.
