Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Infrastructure & Platform Engineering experience.
- Strong Python 3 expertise.
- Strong AWS expertise.
- Proven track record of scaling cloud-native systems.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL).
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Spacelift).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience improving developer workflows and monorepo management (e.g., Bazel).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale core infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- Build and improve tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and workflows to optimize developer productivity.
- Implement security-by-design principles and controls to safeguard systems and data.
- Serve as a technical leader across teams, coaching engineers, and driving platform strategy.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to balance speed, cost, and resilience.
- Contribute to internal tool development, infrastructure, and security initiatives.
