Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4-6+ years of experience, including significant time in a Product Manager or equivalent hybrid technical/product role in a small team.
- Strong technical and data fluency, including comfort reading SQL and understanding data pipelines and schemas.
- Ability to collaborate directly with engineers on data contracts, quality, and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience owning a product or feature end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
- Track record of using data and metrics to drive prioritization decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical and client-facing audiences.
- Fluency with modern PM tools such as Linear and Notion.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude) as part of a regular professional workflow.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and day-to-day decisions for your data product line from acquisition to client-facing delivery.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from problem definition through shipped, measured outcomes.
- Define data quality standards and partner with engineering on schema, pipeline design, and validation.
- Drive growth metrics including panelist acquisition, activation, retention, source coverage, and data freshness.
- Instrument and monitor key product metrics to inform roadmap prioritization.
- Translate raw data capabilities into clear client-facing insight products and dashboards.
- Execute roadmaps, specs, and sprints using tools like Linear and Notion.
- Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow and identify opportunities to incorporate AI/NLP capabilities into products.
