Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives.
- Experience in UX or design collaboration.
- Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience or qualifications in security or compliance (preferred).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions (preferred).
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or data-driven product development (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that delight customers.
- Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with Design to craft intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency.
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritize the most impactful work.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
