Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives.
  • Experience in UX or design collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience or qualifications in security or compliance (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions (preferred).
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or data-driven product development (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that delight customers.
  • Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Design to craft intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency.
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritize the most impactful work.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders.
  • Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
