Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment.
- Meaningful experience owning platform, infrastructure, or data-platform products.
- Strong technical orientation with the ability to reason about data models, service boundaries, integrations, and data flows.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy with measurable outcomes.
- Active, daily user of AI tools, LLMs, and AI-assisted coding tools for shipping products.
- Experience owning products with high cross-team surface area and system dependencies.
- Excellent written communication with the ability to create clear, decision-oriented specifications and data contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort navigating complex domains.
- Ability to independently leverage data using tools like SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake.
- Bias toward action balanced with high attention to quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and vision for the Agreement Data Platform, aligning customer and operator needs with company priorities.
- Treat the data model as the product by defining new entities, attributes, and relationships as industry terms evolve.
- Drive the operator-led bet by investing in admin tooling and self-service primitives to reduce reliance on engineering.
- Steward legible interfaces by defining explicit contracts, such as APIs and data services, to support downstream payroll teams.
- Partner with engineering on high-stakes work, including legacy system migrations, service extraction, and rule explainability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across payroll-related teams to ensure predictable dependencies and clear boundaries.
- Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to prioritize and measure platform impact.
- Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and traceability throughout the payroll calculation process.
- Drive execution end-to-end from discovery to launch using AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
