Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics leadership roles.
- 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams including data engineering and data science.
- Healthcare industry experience with claims, EHR/EMR data, and interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR).
- Expertise in clinical coding such as ICD-10, CPT, HCC, LOINC, and SNOMED.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, de-identification, and security frameworks.
- Proven experience shipping production AI/ML systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks: SQL, Python, dbt, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Experience navigating data governance and security audits such as SOC 2 or HITRUST.
- Exceptional executive communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year data and AI roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Build and scale AI/ML capabilities including traditional ML, NLP on clinical text, and generative AI applications.
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring at scale.
- Manage the modern data stack including cloud warehouses, ELT, and orchestration tools.
- Oversee data governance, master data management, and data quality across clinical and operational domains.
- Lead enterprise analytics, including product, commercial, and clinical outcomes reporting.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team spanning data engineering, science, and analytics.
