Requirements
- 4+ years of experience running paid digital campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising; Reddit experience is a plus.
- Experience marketing across multiple EMEA and/or APAC markets.
- Deep understanding of localization beyond simple translation.
- Proven track record of collaborating with field marketing teams on regional events and programs.
- Familiarity with regional data privacy and residency requirements, specifically GDPR and equivalents.
- Analytical capability to manage and defend budget allocations using data.
- Strong written communication skills to facilitate async collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
- Must be based in EMEA or APAC.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and Reddit for EMEA and APAC audiences.
- Manage regional budgets and pacing, reporting on performance against pipeline and revenue targets.
- Serve as the point person for localization, reviewing assets for accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Integrate digital campaigns with regional field marketing events, account-based programs, and pipeline priorities.
- Partner with regional sales teams to align campaigns with local buying behaviors and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure regional data processing complies with local data privacy and residency requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Translate regional market intelligence into insights to shape global strategy and asset adaptation.
