- Experience recruiting BPO profiles
- Experience working as a freelance recruiter
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience recruiting for the European market, mostly for the French market
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs
- Job post our vacancies in diverse international platforms
- Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen the candidates that fit the required profile
- Plan and execute preliminary interviews
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client
