Be tech-savvy and use modern tools beyond ChatGPT and Zoom.
Be familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Canva.
EU citizenship and personal health insurance are required.
Bring your own smartphone, a laptop with a camera, and a stable internet connection.
German at native-speaker level and fluent English are required.

Support social media planning, content and design creation, posting, and community management.
Maintain the CRM system and update the website.
Research and evaluate hosts and experiences related to culture, wellbeing, and leadership development.
Write posts, newsletters, other copy, and internal communications.
Communicate with hosts and coordinate appointments, information, and logistics.
Support events with check-in, venue coordination, materials, feedback, and follow-ups.
Help build the sales funnel, generate leads, and make initial contact with potential customers by email, LinkedIn, phone, and at trade fairs.
Approach new leads and qualify inbound inquiries.
Support customer relationship development and pipeline maintenance.
Help develop sales templates, guidelines, and outreach schedules.
