Job Details

Show high initiative and autonomy, and be able to figure things out and keep work moving.
Be eager to learn across go-to-market activities and operations.
Be organized and reliable with details and prioritization.
Communicate clearly in writing and speaking and be comfortable at events.
Have a good understanding of and interest in current AI and technology tools beyond basic ChatGPT and Zoom.
Be familiar with social media, including Instagram and LinkedIn, and tools such as Canva.
Native-level German and complete fluency in English are required.
A smartphone, a laptop with a camera, and a stable internet connection are required.
Initial customer relations or contact experience is a bonus.
Knowledge of web management and project tools is a bonus.
The internship must be a voluntary internship.

Support content calendars, basic design and copy, social posting, community replies, CRM upkeep, and page updates.
Scout and vet cultural, wellness, and leadership development experiences and hosts.
Draft posts, newsletters, blurbs, and other communications.
Coordinate with experience hosts on scheduling, information, and logistics.
Support event delivery through check-in, venue liaison, materials, feedback capture, and follow-ups.
Generate leads and develop the sales pipeline.
Contact prospective clients by email, LinkedIn, or phone and actively prospect across channels.
Manage and qualify inbound requests and leads.
Assist with account management for early-stage client relationships and pipeline hygiene.
Contribute to sales initiatives by building outreach frequencies, email templates, and sales guidelines.
