Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with a CRO or pharmaceutical company in a relevant finance, contract, or project management role.
- Four-year college degree or two-year degree with at least one year of relevant office administration experience.
- Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and relevant local regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial data, contracts, budgets, payment schedules, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in the language of the country of location (Romanian).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills for documentation and concurrent task management.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage investigator payments end-to-end including setup, deployment, management, and study closeout.
- Review global contract terms, study budgets, and payment schedules for compliance with Clinical Trial Agreements.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies including underpayments and overpayments.
- Perform payment reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Analyze budgeted versus actual investigator payment spend and communicate findings.
- Develop budget forecasts for investigator payments and provide financial insights.
- Prepare and distribute consolidated monthly payment reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investigator payment inquiries.
