Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, including at least two owning a self-serve SaaS product.
- Track record of measurable business outcomes like conversion, activation, retention, and ARPU.
- Strong experimentation practice: designing/sizing A/B tests and interpreting results.
- Data fluency: defining metrics, using BI tools, and reading/writing SQL.
- Discovery craft: conducting customer interviews and defining actionable problem statements.
- Experience with product-led growth in high-volume self-serve funnels.
- Experience shipping AI features into user workflows.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to projects.
- Comfortable using AI to increase personal productivity.
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2 to C1 or above).
Responsibilities
- Own a product track end to end: strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and outcome.
- Run evidence-led discovery through customer interviews, support insights, and behavioral data.
- Prioritize work against business impact and make the case for investment.
- Partner with a designer and an engineering manager to define requirements and manage increments.
- Experiment, define hypotheses, and run A/B tests at scale.
- Define KPIs for the track, monitor the funnel, and report progress to leadership.
- Work across functions including marketing, support, data, and sibling products.
