Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
- Strong proficiency in bridging business problems with functional requirements.
- Proven experience in creating user stories and managing backlogs.
- Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma, Lovable, and Claude.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for analysis and design.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and client meetings.
- Understanding of software development processes, API integrations, and application architecture.
- Fluent in Polish (B2) and English (B2).
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead client interviews and discovery workshops to identify business needs.
- Challenge and refine client requirements to ensure solutions address core problems.
- Design functional concepts, mockups, and prototypes.
- Validate solutions with clients and development teams.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional descriptions.
- Build, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
- Decompose complex features into actionable development tasks.
- Conduct refinements and identify project risks or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate directly with developers throughout the implementation process.
