Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in taxation, financial reporting, or operations within FinTech, Banking, Capital Markets, Big4, or Brokerage Houses.
- Practical knowledge of capital gains taxation, tax withholding, and intermediary obligations (PIT-8C, currency conversion, WHT).
- General understanding of international tax information exchange standards (CRS, FATCA).
- Ability to read/interpret tax regulations and translate them into business logic/algorithms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Coordinator on IT/financial projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end: requirements analysis, developer support, UAT, and deployment.
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Advanced Excel skills; basic SQL for database calculation verification is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Polish proficiency at C1 level.
- High autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and select KPIs that align with area and company goals.
- Validate product intuition through research and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Translate product vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team.
- Manage collaboration with legal, risk, marketing, and technical departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure successful product launches.
- Partner with the Engineering Team Lead.
- Justify product decisions using metrics and data rather than guesswork.
