Requirements
- Proven experience shipping software used by real customers.
- Strong commercial experience with PHP and Laravel or Symfony (for backend-led role).
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Vue.js (for full-stack role).
- Proficiency in REST APIs, data modelling, and backend integrations.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB), caching, and message queues.
- Practical knowledge of modern frontend tools such as Tailwind and Pinia.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding environments like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery by validating feasibility and identifying constraints before implementation.
- Decide technical approaches that balance customer value, speed, and operational risk.
- Deliver software features end-to-end across backend and/or frontend.
- Manage production quality through testing, release, and monitoring.
- Leverage AI-augmented development workflows using Claude Code, MCP servers, and custom agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, QA, and other engineers.
- Identify and resolve recurring technical problems to improve systems and engineering practices.
