Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale.
- Proficiency with Python or Kotlin.
- Experience developing highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of defining technical plans for significant features or system components.
- Ability to write high-quality, readable, and extensible code.
- Experience making significant changes in large codebases using safe tools and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of personal growth and proactively seek feedback.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
