Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego.
- Experience implementing Policy-as-Code frameworks in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with Git-based version control and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Go, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Policy-as-Code solutions using Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego.
- Integrate policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and compliant software delivery.
- Develop reusable policy frameworks for infrastructure, Kubernetes, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to implement governance and compliance controls.
- Automate policy validation, testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot policy-related issues and optimize policy performance.
- Contribute to software design, code reviews, testing, and documentation following engineering best practices.
