- 6+ years of production full stack application development experience.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and React including component architecture and performance patterns.
- Proven track record building performant RESTful APIs using server-side frameworks.
- Direct experience in B2B SaaS product companies.
- Strong intuition for database interactions and query performance optimization.
- Startup velocity mindset with a bias for independent action.
- Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining high delivery speed.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of features from front-end UI through to API implementation and database layer.
- Craft exceptional user experiences using React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and the TanStack ecosystem.
- Build and own performant REST APIs using Python/FastAPI backend.
- Operate with high independence to identify technical needs and make rapid decisions.
- Optimize application performance across the stack including database queries and rendering efficiency.
- Participate in architectural planning and shape front-end design.
