Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of commercial software engineering experience building complex production systems.
- Very good knowledge of React and experience developing advanced frontend applications.
- Very good knowledge of Node.js and experience building scalable backend services.
- Strong foundational knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Practical experience building AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Very good knowledge of RAG architectures and experience creating production systems with search and context generation.
- Practical experience with OpenSearch.
- Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Documented experience independently bringing complex technological solutions to the production environment.
- Experience working with cloud solutions and designing for scalability, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive applications using React for frontend and Node.js for backend.
- Build and scale functionalities based on LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic solutions.
- Design algorithms and data structures to solve complex technical problems and optimize application performance.
- Create AI flows and components using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Design search and context-delivery mechanisms for RAG systems, including using OpenSearch.
- Integrate AI components with application layers, backend services, and external data sources.
- Develop secure, scalable cloud-native solutions from concept to production.
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize architecture.
