Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, SOPs).
- Solid understanding of deployment processes, releases, and patch implementation.
- Familiarity with corporate IT procedures including Change Management and Incident Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Professional proficiency in Polish (B2) and English (C1).
Responsibilities
- Administering and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Managing and troubleshooting MS SQL Server databases.
- Coordinating deployments, releases, patches, and system changes.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including Runbooks, DR Plans, and SOPs.
- Supporting Incident and Change Management processes.
