Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional analysis, or a similar role.
- 5+ years’ experience documenting business requirements, process flows, field mappings, and business rules.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements.
- Experience working with SAP, Salsify, or similar enterprise systems.
- Ability to work across business functions and translate needs beyond a purely technical or data lens.
- Experience working in agile environments and supporting requirements readiness for iterative delivery.
- Proven experience supporting business, data, or operational workflows in a complex organization.
- Experience supporting product setup, master data, workflow, or enterprise process initiatives (preferred).
- Experience supporting requirements readiness for agile or sprint-based delivery models (preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or related enterprise environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Interview SMEs and business stakeholders to gather and document future-state requirements.
- Create and maintain requirements documentation for future workstreams.
- Partner with the Product Owner to support story writing and validate Jira story readiness.
- Develop field-level metadata, including field definitions, ownership, and downstream mapping.
- Create process flow documentation to support future-state design and development readiness.
- Document business rules and workflow logic needed for build-ready delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the delivery team.
- Partner with business, process, and product resources to resolve open questions before development begins.
- Support stronger backlog readiness by ensuring requirements are complete and usable before build starts.
