Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in software product or professional services.
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to author user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation.
- Strong experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience supporting UAT planning and execution.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency.
- Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is preferred.
- CBAP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication with client stakeholders regarding project status and requirements.
- Elicit and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions.
- Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements.
- Support UAT planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Produce documentation including BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use cases.
- Engage in agile software development activities including stand-ups and retrospectives.
