Requirements
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for phone conversations.
- Proven experience working within a commission-based structure.
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals and hitting quotas.
- Ability to work independently and self-direct tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and a clear microphone/headset.
- Proficiency with sales CRM software.
- Familiarity with Excel and WhatsApp.
- Experience with RingCentral.
- Moving industry or service-industry background is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage hot inbound leads within a sales CRM for booking and closing.
- Execute follow-up sequences via call, text, and email based on CRM urgency timers.
- Close local moves live on the first call.
- Upsell packing, storage, and supplies after booking confirmation.
- Conduct cold outreach to realtors, storage facilities, and shipping lines to build referral partnerships during slower periods.
- Handle objections and lead with value.
- Maintain consistent, high-volume calling activity throughout the day.
