Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an adjacent field.
- 10+ years of experience in defense, national security, government, military, or international business development.
- Significant experience working within or alongside Taiwan's defense or national security ecosystem.
- Demonstrated understanding of Taiwan's defense priorities, military structure, and acquisition environment.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of U.S. defense policy, budgeting, and security cooperation processes.
- Experience navigating international defense acquisition mechanisms such as FMS or DCS.
- Proven ability to translate complex geopolitical and operational dynamics into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing senior executives.
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Taiwan and internationally as required (approximately 35%).
Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine NODA's Taiwan market strategy based on defense priorities, operational requirements, and acquisition trends.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Taiwan's defense, national security, and government ecosystems.
- Identify emerging mission needs and capability gaps where autonomous orchestration technology creates operational value.
- Monitor evolving security environments, defense strategies, and modernization priorities to assess implications for regional strategy.
- Navigate international acquisition pathways including FMS, DCS, and hybrid approaches to enable technology fielding.
- Synthesize market intelligence and strategic assessments into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, Engineering, and Legal to execute complex strategic initiatives.
