Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Fintech or payments, Sales/Revenue Operations, GTM/business analytics, or business consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
- Expert-level experience in dashboard and report development using Tableau and/or Looker.
- Proven track record of independently scoping and delivering analytics projects end-to-end.
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate analytics work, such as building agentic/LLM-powered tools or using AI coding assistants.
- Strong data storytelling skills for translating technical analysis into recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience building established credibility as a cross-functional partner with a collaborative approach.
- Growth mindset with interest in mentoring others and improving analytics discipline.
Responsibilities
- Independently own and drive high-visibility analytics projects across the revenue lifecycle, such as pipeline analysis, forecasting, win/loss trends, and conversion optimization.
- Serve as a go-to analyst and cross-functional partner to Sales, Delivery, and RevOps leadership, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Lead the design and build-out of strategic self-service dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce.
- Identify common request patterns to build reusable data models, templates, and documentation for sales team power users.
- Partner with FP&A, Partner Operations, and RevOps to streamline the delivery and launch forecast processes.
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows and automations to reduce manual reporting and data-hygiene work.
