Requirements
- Proven experience supporting business, data, or operational workflows in a complex organization.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting involving large or complex datasets.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing structured data and Master Data Management.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business domains, systems, and content structures to support cross-functional needs.
- Experience documenting business processes, requirements, data definitions, and workflow logic in a clear, structured, and reusable manner.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous, or evolving business needs into actionable requirements and operational solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams and IT.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to draft clear, professional stakeholder communications, including project updates, process guidance, and status summaries.
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and share documentation, business context, and process knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and integrate land, lease, title, deed, mineral, and royalty ownership data into internal databases, GIS, and land systems.
- Lead and support data analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation efforts across cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex business needs into analytical requirements, process documentation, and actionable insights.
- Support data mapping, reporting, KPI development, and data quality initiatives across systems and workflows.
- Partner with business, IT, and vendor teams to drive alignment, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Operate independently, providing strong coordination, follow-through, insight, and status updates across multiple priorities.
