Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar delivery role in an Agile environment
- 3+ years’ experience supporting agile delivery, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination
- Strong Jira experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience supporting backlog management in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting enterprise workflow, product setup, or business process transformation initiatives (preferred)
- Familiarity with Appian or similar workflow/low-code platforms (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or related enterprise environments (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the product backlog for NPS-related delivery
- Support sprint execution by refining work items and coordinating with development teams
- Write user stories and obtain confirmation from process owners
- Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, issue tracking, and feedback consolidation
- Capture business feedback and translate it into actionable backlog updates
- Support release readiness and production deployment activities
- Partner with requirements and process resources to validate story readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, process, and technical teams
