Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in AI application development, ML systems, or AI infrastructure.
- Deep working knowledge of the AI developer stack (LLM APIs, inference runtimes, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, RAG, agentic pipelines).
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong Python programming skills and ability to prototype end-to-end AI systems quickly.
- Proven experience defining reference architectures and technical patterns.
- Strong technical communication skills to explain architectural decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience building integrations across APIs and developer platforms.
- Experience shipping meaningful projects under time pressure.
- Bonus: Knowledge of inference frameworks like vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM.
- Bonus: Familiarity with NVIDIA software stack (CUDA, TensorRT).
- Bonus: Proficiency with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype integrations between partner products and the Nebius platform.
- Define reference architectures for partner integrations, ensuring scalability and performance in production.
- Build production-quality proof-of-concepts including agentic pipelines, RAG architectures, and inference optimization patterns.
- Work directly with partner engineering teams to scope, prototype, and progress technical integrations.
- Translate external integration findings into actionable product requirements for platform teams.
- Surface recurring architectural patterns and integration gaps to inform platform roadmap decisions.
- Represent Nebius at technical events and build public demos to establish the platform's ecosystem presence.
