Requirements

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling and active listening.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with business executives and functional leaders.
- Strong consulting presence with ability to facilitate productive conversations and challenge assumptions.
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured problem statements and MVP scopes.
- Ability to connect solutions to measurable business KPIs, ROI, and adoption metrics.
- Experience partnering with technical teams to move from requirements to prototypes and scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI copilots, analytics, workflow, and low/no-code platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, information systems, design, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI and data opportunities by analyzing business operations and workflows.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and MVP scopes.
- Lead client workshops, interviews, and working sessions to drive alignment and momentum.
- Quantify measurable business value through KPIs and ROI to justify investment.
- Act as a translator between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Prototype solutions using low/no-code and AI-assisted tools to demonstrate value.
- Serve as the business-facing lead for engagements, managing scope, risk, and executive relationships.
