Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting with a focus on technology-driven process optimization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling and workshop leadership.
- Proven ability to build trust with executives, functional leaders, and end users in fast-moving environments.
- Strong consulting presence with the ability to facilitate conversations and challenge assumptions.
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured use cases and MVP scopes.
- Ability to link solution ideas to measurable business value through KPIs, ROI, and metrics.
- Experience partnering with technical teams to move from requirements to prototypes and scale.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI copilots, analytics tools, and low/no-code platforms.
- Deep empathy for users and experience immersing in complex operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ownership, judgment, and comfort working without perfect requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, information systems, design, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Quickly internalize client challenges, constraints, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Identify high-value opportunities by mapping messy, manual, cross-functional workflows.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into problem statements, use cases, and MVP scopes.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions to facilitate decision-making and alignment.
- Define success via business KPIs and quantify measurable value to justify investment.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by developing balanced recommendations.
- Prototype and iterate solutions using AI-assisted, low/no-code, and analytics tools.
- Surface gaps in platforms, data, and operating models required to scale solutions.
- Serve as the business-facing lead to manage scope, risk, and executive relationships.
- Drive business outcomes alongside clients, including in-person engagement as needed.
