Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally in technology-enabled transformation, business optimization, or process improvement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling and workshop facilitation.
- Proven ability to establish credibility and trust with executives and stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
- Strong consulting presence with the ability to challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders toward decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous challenges into structured problem statements and MVP definitions.
- Strong understanding of connecting technology to business value metrics like ROI, efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to progress from requirements to prototypes and scalable solutions.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI copilots, analytics platforms, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Strong user empathy and willingness to understand operational realities and organizational friction.
- High ownership and sound judgment in navigating ambiguous projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, information systems, design, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery through interviews, workshops, and working sessions to understand business challenges and workflow realities.
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI and data opportunities by analyzing complex and inefficient business processes.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured use cases, hypotheses, and MVP scopes.
- Define measurable success criteria using KPIs, ROI, and adoption metrics.
- Build trusted relationships with executives and functional leaders to facilitate alignment.
- Develop executive narratives and business cases that connect technology to business priorities.
- Bridge business and technical teams to clarify requirements, risks, and the path to scalable implementation.
- Prototype solutions using AI-assisted, low-code, no-code, and analytics tools.
- Manage scope, priorities, and stakeholder expectations throughout engagements.
