Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct response marketing.
- Proven experience developing or influencing high-performing paid social ad creative.
- Experience thinking in full funnels, understanding how landing pages and checkout flows impact conversion.
- Ability to operate independently and drive research with limited day-to-day direction.
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising platforms, including Meta and YouTube.
- Experience applying creative testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance.
- Working knowledge of direct response marketing principles.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance data to inform creative and funnel direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for brief writing and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop a high-volume pipeline of performance-driven creative concepts across hooks, messaging, angles, and formats.
- Think in full funnels by mapping ad concepts to landing pages and checkout flows.
- Write clear, strategic creative briefs including scripts, hook variations, and visual guidance.
- Submit landing page briefs to the tech team and creator briefs for video production.
- Analyze creative and funnel performance to identify winning patterns, detect fatigue, and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Iterate on winning ads to extend lifecycle and maximize performance.
- Run independent market research to stay updated on creative trends and competitor funnels.
