Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, or Collections.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Proficiency in Python or PySpark is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience working as a risk/data analyst, preferably in the finance or lending industry.
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively.
- Growth mindset with eagerness to apply AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Capacity to engage senior stakeholders at key decision points.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics on initiatives to improve short-term and long-term repayment rates and optimize collection costs.
- Develop insights capabilities to monitor performance and proactively identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks.
- Identify optimization opportunities in external debt collections strategy and monitor vendor performance.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive high-visibility strategic initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to improve collections decision-making, automate insights, and optimize business outcomes.
