Requirements
- 12+ years in management consulting, strategy advisory, or a senior enterprise technology leadership role.
- Track record of advising C-level executives.
- Direct experience with FinOps, specifically spanning cloud and emerging AI/LLM cost management.
- Experience designing and facilitating strategy sessions.
- Working knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience leading organizational change tied to AI or major technology adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Anthropic's Claude platform and the broader enterprise AI landscape.
- Demonstrated business development experience, including scoping SOWs and presales.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to articulate a market point of view.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor to Customer executives on AI strategy, governance, and organizational change related to Anthropic/Claude adoption.
- Design and personally lead strategy sessions, advisory engagements, and AI operating model designs.
- Develop and communicate perspectives on FinOps in AI, including LLM unit economics, chargeback models, and model cost-performance tradeoffs.
- Own and grow the Anthropic-focused Advisory pipeline, including scoping engagements and shaping proposals.
- Partner with Anthropic's GTM teams to develop joint offerings and co-selling motions.
- Publish thought leadership content and represent the firm at industry events.
- Oversee advisory engagements, ensuring quality standards and mentoring consulting talent.
