Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in global, regional, or local Market Access functions.
  • Deep understanding of global pricing and reimbursement, HTA processes, and national reimbursement requirements.
  • Experience in oncology, ideally with solid tumor assets.
  • Ability to develop compelling value propositions and value toolkits.
  • Understanding of health economics and health technology assessment (HTA) methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of global pricing and market access strategies for solid tumor pipeline assets.
  • Integrate market access requirements into clinical development strategies, influencing trial design, endpoints, and evidence generation.
  • Identify and address market access-related evidence gaps to optimize reimbursement and pricing potential.
  • Develop early value propositions and value toolkits that communicate the clinical and economic value of pipeline assets.
  • Collaborate with HEOR, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to define evidence requirements and strengthen product value.
  • Engage regional and focus-market access teams to align global strategies with local reimbursement requirements.
  • Represent the global value, access, and pricing perspective in governance forums and clinical development decision-making.
