Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- 5+ years of direct experience in global, regional, or local Market Access functions.
- Deep understanding of global pricing and reimbursement, HTA processes, and national reimbursement requirements.
- Experience in oncology, ideally with solid tumor assets.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions and value toolkits.
- Understanding of health economics and health technology assessment (HTA) methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of global pricing and market access strategies for solid tumor pipeline assets.
- Integrate market access requirements into clinical development strategies, influencing trial design, endpoints, and evidence generation.
- Identify and address market access-related evidence gaps to optimize reimbursement and pricing potential.
- Develop early value propositions and value toolkits that communicate the clinical and economic value of pipeline assets.
- Collaborate with HEOR, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to define evidence requirements and strengthen product value.
- Engage regional and focus-market access teams to align global strategies with local reimbursement requirements.
- Represent the global value, access, and pricing perspective in governance forums and clinical development decision-making.
