Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, particularly in clinical and operational performance.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Master’s degree in healthcare management, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated advanced experience using AI for process improvements and operational transformation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, financial and reimbursement considerations.
- Proven ability to improve net patient revenue through analytics.
- Proficiency with Epic and Microsoft Office, including Power BI.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to work with senior leaders.
- Proven people leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Strong program and project management capabilities.
- Ability to travel to client or corporate locations as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day decision-making across finance and analytics initiatives by gathering insights and evaluating alternatives.
- Direct the development of data-driven dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI applications to strengthen decision-making.
- Establish performance metrics using analytics and AI to monitor and improve net patient revenue.
- Partner with senior executives to align analytics strategies and AI solutions with business priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operational executives, translating data into clear financial and operational recommendations.
- Build cross-functional partnerships to integrate diverse data sources for comprehensive business insights.
- Work directly with clients to ingest, validate, and analyze financial data.
- Manage program and project execution from inception through implementation.
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of analytics professionals.
- Establish standards for delivering timely and high-impact analytics solutions.
