Requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare finance with a focus on clinical and operational performance.
- 7+ years of leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and financial/reimbursement issues.
- Advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI for process improvements.
- Proven ability to mentor high-performing teams and oversee recruitment strategies.
- Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Assist the SVP, Finance & Business Development in leading the Office of the CFO department.
- Provide client-facing support and drive operational efficiency for health systems.
- Make day-to-day leadership decisions and communicate them effectively to teams.
- Coach and develop talent to support growth and retention.
- Manage projects from inception through implementation, ensuring budget and resource alignment.
- Align data, analytics, and AI capabilities with organizational priorities.
- Establish service excellence standards and provide analytics solutions to stakeholders.
