Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA or CPA) is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management certification is a plus.
- Experience in SME's or the marketing industry is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Process and record financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update Audit Schedules with proper documentation.
- Process vendor invoices and manage customer invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist with tax return preparation such as GCT and SO1.
- Review employee expense reports and process reimbursements.
- Prepare financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
