Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development experience, particularly with Sales or Service Cloud.
- Advanced expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and asynchronous Apex methods.
- 2+ years of direct implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for Data Cloud Engineer path.
- Deep knowledge of identity resolution, unified profile schemas, data harmonization, and segmentation.
- Strong SQL, relational data modeling, and data transformation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security models, including Role Hierarchy, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
- Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities like Agentforce or Einstein.
- Professional English proficiency for documentation and meetings.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile environments with distributed teams.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is a plus.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Build Apex triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous logic while adhering to platform limits.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud for enterprise data activation and identity resolution.
- Design unified profile schemas and perform data harmonization for high-volume datasets.
- Utilize SQL for data transformation and querying within the Data Cloud ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
