Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development experience (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud).
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous Apex.
- For Data Cloud role: 2+ years of direct implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Strong SQL, relational data modeling, and data transformation skills.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and governance.
- Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce platform capabilities (Agentforce/Einstein).
- Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills for team and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work within Central Time (CT) business hours.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Implement Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein AI-assisted workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and event-driven patterns.
- Perform Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, including schema design and identity resolution.
- Transform and query high-volume enterprise datasets using SQL.
- Ensure platform performance and security through code reviews and governance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain technical documentation.
