Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and validation.
- Solid experience in data modeling and data warehouse design.
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses.
- Ability to validate results from a business perspective and understand complex business logic.
- Demonstrated ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience preparing data requirements for AI or machine learning applications.
- Advanced/fluent English language proficiency for international stakeholder communication.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects with speed and quality.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Take full ownership of data products including ingestion, modeling, transformation, validation, and delivery.
- Implement automated testing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and implement data transformation layers and pre-aggregated datasets for dashboards and AI applications.
- Collaborate with AI teams to prepare structured data and models for AI-driven platforms.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from multiple sources.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative technical solutions.
- Deliver reliable data solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and document architectural decisions.
