Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within a CPG Project Management Office (PMO) or formal project management function.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with project management and workflow platforms such as Monday.com or Airtable.
- Familiarity with physical product development, innovation processes, or cross-functional environments.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive communication style with the ability to produce concise project recaps and status updates.
- Strong ownership, judgment, and ability to work independently.
- Self-starter mindset with research and inquisitive capabilities.
- Comfort experimenting with modern AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with food and beverage or perishable CPG products is highly valued.
- Experience building or maintaining workflow databases or automation processes is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple concurrent product and business initiatives.
- Track progress against critical paths, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues to appropriate owners.
- Maintain accurate project dashboards and sources of truth to ensure visibility into portfolio status.
- Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings, develop agendas, and capture decisions and action items.
- Support end-to-end project management for product launches, renovations, label changes, and discontinuations.
- Maintain and improve workflow databases and automations in Monday.com and Airtable.
- Develop and test AI-enabled solutions to scale project management capabilities.
