Requirements
- One to two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand complex systems and translate analysis into action.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to drive work forward independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail while maintaining commercial focus.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Low-ego, high-ownership approach to both strategic analysis and execution.
- Experience with SQL, data-visualization tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled tools is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve critical business workflows across customer onboarding, transaction execution, account servicing, partner management, and reporting.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable processes, controls, and documentation.
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into requirements for internal tools and customer-facing products.
- Build reporting to provide visibility into growth, conversion, turnaround times, service levels, and unit economics.
- Analyze business performance and recommend changes to improve growth and efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, technology, sales, finance, and external partners.
- Support the development and launch of new products, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Conduct market, competitor, and strategic analysis to inform business priorities.
- Manage high-priority projects from initial problem definition through implementation and performance monitoring.
- Help establish the operating cadence and infrastructure required to scale the business.
