Requirements
- 3–10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- Experience in BizOps at a tech company or in a high-trust internal strategy or Chief of Staff-type role.
- Ability to think in structured logic and communicate with precision.
- Proven experience driving complex, multi-org initiatives to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems and operate with executional rigor.
- Ability to influence and lead stakeholders without positional authority.
- Strong motivation by direct proximity to decision-making and value creation.
- Comfort with high levels of ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic programs by translating high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear owners and timelines.
- Identify and deploy AI-powered tools and approaches to accelerate execution and unlock solutions.
- Drive end-to-end initiative execution with executive-standard rigor and pace.
- Align stakeholders across various levels and functions to drive accountability and clarity.
- Translate ambiguity into action by building playbooks, prioritizing conflicting tasks, and rebuilding coordination systems.
- Manage projects involving internal teams and external partners such as vendors and regulators.
