Requirements

  • Residency in a timezone between UTC-8 and UTC+1.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Track record of building or significantly improving delivery processes (intake, review, QA, approval workflows).
  • Project management experience across design, communications, or digital/web projects.
  • Experience managing external agencies.
  • Genuine interest in FLI's mission and issues.
  • Sharp quality instincts and ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Calmness under deadline pressure and ability to negotiate priorities.
  • Experience running participatory or multi-stakeholder projects (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and website delivery (nice-to-have).
  • Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, and Search Console (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in nonprofit, policy, advocacy, or campaigns (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, actionable creative and technical briefs from stakeholder requirements.
  • Oversee project performance and progress, ensuring alignment with goals and communication strategies.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage external agencies and freelancers to fill skill gaps.
  • Own quality assurance, including reviewing deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Develop digital products to support organizational mission and objectives.
  • Manage multi-month initiatives, such as international creative contests, end-to-end.
  • Maintain design system coherence in partnership with external web development agencies.
