Requirements
- Residency in a timezone between UTC-8 and UTC+1.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Track record of building or significantly improving delivery processes (intake, review, QA, approval workflows).
- Project management experience across design, communications, or digital/web projects.
- Experience managing external agencies.
- Genuine interest in FLI's mission and issues.
- Sharp quality instincts and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Calmness under deadline pressure and ability to negotiate priorities.
- Experience running participatory or multi-stakeholder projects (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and website delivery (nice-to-have).
- Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, and Search Console (nice-to-have).
- Experience in nonprofit, policy, advocacy, or campaigns (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, actionable creative and technical briefs from stakeholder requirements.
- Oversee project performance and progress, ensuring alignment with goals and communication strategies.
- Identify, onboard, and manage external agencies and freelancers to fill skill gaps.
- Own quality assurance, including reviewing deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Develop digital products to support organizational mission and objectives.
- Manage multi-month initiatives, such as international creative contests, end-to-end.
- Maintain design system coherence in partnership with external web development agencies.
