Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical, communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing experience.
- Ability to understand AI/machine learning, AIOps, and agentic/orchestration concepts.
- Strong portfolio of written and visual collateral (e.g., decks, one-pagers, briefs).
- Proven ability to turn rough, incomplete technical input into polished, decision-ready output.
- Experience partnering closely with product and technical teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical senior audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a growing collateral library.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and close gaps with minimal direction.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete, current, and organized library of sales and technical collateral across all products.
- Partner with PMs to gather technical facts and independently produce refined presentations and graphics.
- Ensure product messaging aligns with broader company narratives and voice in partnership with the Communications department.
- Orchestrate presence at industry and government conferences, including attendance planning and booth setup.
- Partner with technical teams to produce technical content such as blog posts.
- Track customer feedback, market trends, and competitive capabilities to keep collateral current.
