- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and data science teams to understand user needs, define user flows, and communicate design decisions that shape product strategy
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive rapid, iterative design improvements that identify pain points and validate assumptions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma; synthesizing market research and product strategy to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences
- Contribute to and help to maintain the design system, ensuring consistent application of components and patterns across the platform
- Participate in the team’s evolving AI-assisted design workflows and helping to nurture a user-centric culture that values experimentation and continuous improvement
