Requirements
- Proven experience in infrastructure engineering and technical project management.
- Strong understanding of MSP best practices including M365 and Azure AD.
- Experience with Active Directory, security, backups, and monitoring solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing network solutions including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless.
- Ability to work effectively in both cloud and hybrid environments.
- Strong project planning skills with the ability to define phases, tasks, and dependencies.
- Ability to create clear scopes of work, estimates, and project work plans.
- Experience in technical documentation and creating standardized project processes.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, discovery, and environment assessments for new clients.
- Standardize client environments to MSP best practices (M365, Azure AD, AD, security, backups, monitoring).
- Design technical solutions that meet client business needs and create project scopes of work.
- Execute projects according to approved plans, tracking progress, hours, and scope alignment.
- Design and implement network, server, cloud, and migration projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, diagrams, and ticket notes.
- Mentor junior engineers during project work and coordinate with internal teams.
