Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building high-performing teams.
- Significant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and commercial value creation.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation, procurement technology implementation, or operating-model change.
- Strong knowledge of general procurement law and ability to partner with risk and control functions.
- Ability to navigate complexity and influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or highly regulated industries preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain; high school diploma required.
- Ability to travel as needed for business and required training sessions.
- Must meet company remote network minimum requirements: 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise procurement function including policies, processes, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
- Develop and execute enterprise procurement strategy aligned with business priorities and growth.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing procurement team, establishing clear accountability and leadership development.
- Identify and implement metrics, tools, and processes to optimize procurement performance and operational excellence.
- Manage enterprise supplier strategy, performance, risk, and governance.
- Drive modernization of procurement technology, data, analytics, and workflow capabilities.
- Partner with Law, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Information Security leaders to influence decisions and establish governance.
